We've been members of RCI for 31 years, not that it makes any difference. RCI simply has the most pathetic website ever, impossible to navigate or to make a booking! After spending over an hour on the website, trying to make a booking, I gave up!! RCI, you succeed in one thing - to frustrate and annoy members! During December 2012, we managed to book at a very popular hotel at V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, for 3 people, stayed there for 12 nights, including breakfast and it cost less than a mid-week break at ANY RCI resort in the same area over the same period. RCI, you don't get our vote anymore and we've decided to rather terminate our membership and avoid the frustration in dealing with an inefficient company, who obviously do not have the interest of it's members at heart. Whatever happened to a bonus week or instant exchange? The rules have changed over the past few years to please the Directors and shareholders and to fill their bank account, rather than to satisfy members!!
