We were originally bombarded into signing up with Flexi Club Holiday Points quite a number of years back and we were very reluctant to accept. However, we were assured that once we had had the system for 5 years and it was fully paid up, we would have no problem selling the system back to the company, if we so desired.
After several years of being a paid up member, I have tried selling my points back to Flexi Club, as was originally advised, with no luck at all. I just get told that the board of directors have decided that this is no longer possible. This year I am expected to pay an increased fee of 61 %!! and I haven't even used the product in 3 years! I have tried cancelling my contract, even just giving back their points, but just keep getting a reply "We can only CONSIDER once all fees are paid up for the year". When enquired as to why the fees have increased so drastically, the reply I receive "The board of directors have decided ..." What utter bull! Now I'm sitting with a contract that I am not using, a service that I am dissatisfied with and I can't cancel this??? Am I just expected to keep paying?? VERY little response to emails also! CANCEL PLEASE!
