Flexi holiday club harrass a pensione

In October 2012 we contacted Flexi club explaining that my mom can not pay for this anymore - we want to stop paying for the points and give it back. They offered her club select. Said if she pays the initial r1750 she will after that only pay R400 per year. She paid for club select and fill in the forms. Everything was done in November 2012. Now Flexi holiday club is proceeding with court action for outstanding moneys on for last years membership fee - which they said in November - will not be neccesary to pay because she paid R1750 for the transfer to club select. I've phone many time and each time they say to me don't worry - it is in the process to be sorted out. Yesterday we got the sms about the court action. No one is able to help me and no one wants to put me through to someone that is able to help me. In the meantime their accounts department wants to take a pensioner to court because their systems is corrupt. What can i do to help my mom...
