What a ripoff!

I have been saving my ebucks to visit my children in Australia. On trying to secure a flight WITH 40% OFF! I don't even have words for the false advertising. I battled for hours on the ebucks travel app/website, going right through to payment, no discount showing. On phoning them, she checked for me, and lo and behold, after the 40% discount, it is R2000 less than Quantas. AND the Etihad flight will take 38 HOURS! With the Quantas it will take 17 hours. I am so utterly disappointed in FNB ebucks.
