Impossible to make bookings

I have timeshare at the Pilansberg at Manyane. Every year we battle to make our booking there and if you want to change it to another resort forget about it. This company is not helpful at all and always has an excuse for not being able to confirm the booking. Making a booking is not rocket science however the team there seem to be challenged in this area. Do yourselves a favour avoid this company at all cost TVG the vacation club " your holiday not our problem". Johan the TVG agent is not very helpful and does not even remember the previous conversations he has with you.
