Incompetant Service

What an incompetent, uninformative, inconsiderate company. As first time travellers to Europe I made it very clear that I wanted to be close to the main tourist areas. Instead upon arrival in Rome we were booked out in the residential area, which required a train, bus and a walk to the hotel. They were totally uninformative about distances and general information that a tour company should be able to answer. Whenever I asked a question regarding these, I was told to google. If that was the case In should have done bookings on my own rather than be frustrated, the only time they showed interest was to book tickets and of course ask for payment. Train from Florence to Venice was booked straight into Venice but our hotel was a stop before so we had to buy a ticket and backtrack to the hotel. Awful experience, don't use them!
