Complaint re seat wet from wee

I traveled the past weekend with the City to City bus from PE to Johannesburg via Queenstown with the reference of 4307 that left on Thursday 28 March my ticket reference number was LDX670.

When I took my seat I smelled wee and I ignored it but when the smell got unbearable I moved seats, when we got to Grahamstown and I got up I was wet from the wee in the first seat, I smelt like old wee and it was not a bearable smell, when I told one of your drivers he said he was not responsible for what goes on in the bus he is only responsible to drive the bus only.
I had to travel the rest of my trip smelling like wee, imagine the humiliation and embarrassment I felt, the worst was having to wash my clothes when I reached my destination and washing somebody else's pee was no joke.
Yesterday Monday 1 April 2013 on bus 4031 Qtn to CT via PE, its strange that we are told to be at the bus station 30 minutes before departure and the bus only start to load at 13h00 the same-time that it is supposed to be leaving. I must stress that this is not the first time that I have experienced this kind of behavior. this was sent to Christine Jacobs on 2 April, still waiting for reply.
