Take your money but ignore you

After filling in a questionaire at a supermarket, we were invited to attend a presentation. Eventually we were persuaded to buy into this club. This was in october 2013. We were told that we would receive confirmation of membership etc in the post within 4 to 6 weeks. Til today we have not received anyting. I sent emails and I called ronesh several times. I got no response to the emails and only managed to speak to him once, when he promised to get back to me but I am stil waiting. Had I read all the reports about the bad service at dvc, I would never of bought into it. They sweet talk you at the presentation and once you sign up you are forgotten. But they don't forget to take the money from our account every month. Big mistake joining this club. I wonder what drama we wil hav to go through to get a booking when we decide to use our points cos judging from the reports they seem to be a very unorganised group with no customer service.
