I am a LVC member. Whenever you phone for reservation. You wait 30 minutes on the phone before it will tell you what number you are. Thereafter you are number 10 in line, you can leave a message. When the consultant answers the phone, they probably are sitting in a cave. YOU CANT HEAR THEM. Any place you request sorry nothing available. I wonder if they really have units in places they advertise
Call centre staff most arrogant and unfriendly.
I am curious to if their are others who experience the same
