Deceitful with bad attitudes

07/2013 I booked a trip to Singapore, KL Bangkok & Dubai for my mother & I with Leshana. After reviewing the hotels offered, I was told that the price was R23297 pps excluding R1900 each for taxes. I paid R5000 deposit pp to secure &was told that I can pay the balance a month before we depart. In September 2 family members joined at the same price (they were one of the last) We were suddenly asked to pay all outstanding monies on 30/09 so that tickets could be issued. On our trip, we realized that the other 17 people on the tour paid R23000 all inclusive. They also had a half day city tour of Singapore which we paid as an extra (refund due). all except for one hotel was changed from 4 to 3 star hotels. Upon my return, I enquired about the discrepancies in the price and the hotels. The response from their customer care (really?)was that prices change and so depending on when you buy the package, you will pay a different price. My mom and I bought first so we were penalized? But my family joined later? They claim I should have read the documents sent on the 6/12 (departure 20/12) & queried the hotels - I never thought it would be changed without notification. The attitude -we not fazed
