Obnoxiousness from staff

So we walking on the beach in margate and a guy approaches us with scratch cards, we scratch, supposedly "win" and we then off to the vacation zone offices to redeem our prize, while in the presentation I'm approached by an indian lady telling me i am not allowed to use my cell while in the presentation, irony of the matter was i was checking hello peter about the company in question to get a better idea of who we dealing with, I then confronted the lady stating that there are many more complaints than satisfaction and she compared the company to the likes of Woolworth's or Edgar's? Really? Besides for telling me what to do with my personal items I'm told to compare the company to groceries and clothing stores? Truth is at least from Edgar's and Woolworth's i would actually get something for my money other than bad attitude! So I take my belongings and leave without my "guaranteed" prize!
