I was sold time at Silversands 1 which i willingly purchased because i was told that it had been refurbished! I imagine refurbished means different things to different people! Here's a list of things that had gone wrong:
(I have pictures of all of the defaults i speak of). This was a six sleeper - 1st floor - and i had kids with me!! baby of 2 months - year old and a five year old - all of whom developed a bug whilst i was at Silversands - and this could be attributed to hygiene!!

- lift out of order
- geyser not working (had to call for repairs)
- Drain blockage in bathroom (had to call for help)
- broken cupboard rails (had to call for repairs)
- broken safe
- broken sleeper couch
- broken kitchen cupboard
- hole on interleading door to lounge area
- damaged fridge

but worse than that - small infectious looking ants crawling about - and COCKROACHES!!! (Graphic pic's available - to make your skin crawl)!!!

When i complained Wendy Narraidoo - said 'get used to it - this is KZN' and do what you have to do' ... if you want i will provide you with doomll!!

go figure...
