Booked for my employee and her baby to go back to Zimbabwe for holiday.
on the day they would not allow her on the bus as she did not have a affidavit from the dad?
how on earth can this be done on the day.
if booking a minor - which you complete on the form, the client should be informed?
I would like a FULL REFUND ASAP
