I have never been in such a freze

City to city bus to from cape town eastern capeon the 2nd Jan 2014 at 5PM . First of all their drivers do not care of people. Maybe its becouse population of people in there were black. They do not check on passengers or they keep the fan extremely cold when you tel them they say it has to be like that, you can't carry a blanket as if u r going to sleep out side yet you paid for this journey. I'll never ever use this bus and I'll make sure every one knows
