Maharaj Bus instead of citiline

This has been the worst travel experience ever, I booked a bus from durban to Johanesburg leaving durban at 8:30 to arrive at 16:45. 30 min before leaving we received an sms telling us we would be using a Maharaj bus. The bus was delayed by 15 min, when we got to Motrose, we were not told how long the break would be, then we had to wait for the bus driver that was coming from joburg for another hour to change with the durban driver, the drive itself was horrible. If this is the service we receive, I will never ever use citiliner or greyhound ever again. The service was dissapointing.
