I am very disappointed at the service rendered by city liner .on this date of 28/12/13, i was supposed to be in a city liner bus from port elizabeth to cape town which was supposed to leave at 06:45 and arrive at 19:00 in cape town.now my concern is that the bus came 2and half hours later and nobody bodered to inform us or evenapologise for the bus late coming but if i am the one who is late they leave me behind without even calling me whereas everytime i book they take my numbers.lastly i am gonna arrive in cape town too late to catch a taxi to my destination, i will have to pay a cab of which i don't have money for and was out of my budget.is about time that you take your customers serious.
