Burst Front wheel tyre!!

Inter cape bus from Johannesburg to Bulawayo had a front burst Tyre clearly indicating the state of these buses!! As if that wasn't enough, another Tyre got a puncture!! My sister left yesterday at 6.45pm (07/12/2013) and he is still in South Africa 10.45am, the next day. They haven't even made it to Mussina. First of all at Park station, customers were moved from one bus to another as there were 2 buses. Then parcels were also mixed up. Bus was schedule to leave at 6.00pm and ended up leaving at 6.45pm. She paid an inflated rate price of R850.00 for her journey (one way) expecting dependability and safety as their slogan says! she feels very lucky to be alive after the incident. I lodged a complaint with a consultant Samantha and she promised feedback on the matter. NOT HAPPY AND NOT IMPRESSED. Wont use your services again!
