I tried to correspond to Kulula but WITH NO SUCCESS

Thank you for your response. I tried looking for your bike notice on the Kulula Airline notice as per the attachment and could not find any references to bikes, that is easily accessible on your website.
My point was, the bike bag I am taking down was going to be my check in bag of 1 bag 20kg. I was only going to have hand luggage.
The second point was that of the lateness of the notification of the additional charge. Thirdly why not advise when I booked the ticket?
Although I have now paid I am very unhappy with your response.
