ACI Membership Cancellation Request - URGENT!!!

I requested to have this service cancelled for the past 5 years. My wife is unemployed and i am a contract worker. We have had many failed attempts with this. The consultant who assisted us in the beginning informed us if we wish to cancel the service we have to call him within 7 days after we signed the contract. He also never explained to us what type of contract it was. When we called him the next day as we left the country that time, he said its fine he will cancel it. When we came back to south Africa to find out if the holiday membership was cancelled, we were informed it was never done and that Nivan the consultant who sold us the contract was no longer working there. How odd was that??? In this time my wife got retrenched and it was a struggle since. we pay every month about -R600 for this and never benefit from it due to time constraints and having to work all the time. We faxed many letters to Pretoria head offices then but every time they say they never received it. I have experience the worse customer service ever. I sent cancellation request in August and finally got a response in November 2013 that due to my credit assessment, I can afford it. This. Pls Cancel.
