Not a very satissfied custome

I joined the company under the influence that when you join you get travelling discounts and when you recruit people you get payouts. I joined the company with 6x R1600, When I joined they had a board system which determined when you are entitled to a payout.2 weeks later they changed to a point system which required a whole lot more people and I was not satissfiedd with that. I sent them a detailed email and they responded by sending me a refund form, After filing it in and supplying my payment receipts they told me that they won't be able to refund me because refunds are done 7 days after you've joined and that my 7 day period had passed. Why did they change from board system to point systemt because I joined under board system not point system. And why did they give me false hope that they will refund me and even sent me a refund form after they read my email cause it was quite clear on it, what I wanted and my reasons. I feel that they are not very professional and I can not put my money in a business like that hence I'm asking for my money back which I took a loan for and now I'm paying for money thats sitting in travelmarqs bank. account. This ordeal has caused drift in my family
