Not telling people the truth

I have joined hotel express for the first time when they told me i will get discounts on my accommodations and they will also book for me i was disappointed cause they dint do the bookings for me and i wanted my refund they refunded me

Sarah convinced me to join again this year as i was going to Mpumalanga and i joined the company did empty promises again and now i want my refund they tell me i cant get ii i must try them for the third time.

Before i went to Mpumalanga i spoke to Bethel cause i wanted to cancel and he said he will see what he can do to get me accommodation he never phoned or mailed me now he says its late to cancel i want my money they are not fair to their clients and now they put the blame to their non consultends.
