La Cigale bad attitude

Myself, my mother and her sister (elderly people) booked a stay in PE at La Cigale. The stay was not up to standard for a four star establishment and I posted a review on Trip Advisor, as with I do with all my travels (some good, some bad). The owners were not happy at all and harrassed me continually to delete the post on Trip Advisor, which I refused to do because this was our true experience of our stay.

They have now emailed me and threated me with legal action because they feel that I defamated their character by posting this review!!!

Thus it is my understanding that if I do not have the right to express my experiences as I experienced them, what is the use of the websites that are trying their best to boost service levels in this country.

This is a disgusting state of affairs and it seems like something out of Roman times!!!
