Serious problem resolved in 24 hours

My major complaint as per report dated 8/9 was resolved in 24 hours. this related to a problem related to time share resales. i have made many booking locally and abroad and the service time varies from instanteous to a couple of hours. well done Flexi Club! keep up the good service levels. do not become complacent.
