I contacted Jet airways 2 months ago asking how much is baggage allowance. The lady said 2 times 23 kg per person. So we thought thats awesome. So we booked the flight now we saw its only 23kg pp.
i contacted the office asking for a basinet seat for us as we have a baby and how much kg are we actually aloud to take. The lady said please email me so I did. Now its more then a week later and i contacted her and she said she is waiting for head office.
Seriously we want to confirm our seat bookings so we can be certain of our seat and how much luggage we can take.
This is the worst service ever from a airline will definitely fly another airline in the future as we never had problems like this with anyone else before.
I seriously hope that Jet airways can help asap with this problem and give us proper service.
