Taken for a ride!!

I was told by call centre operators that the fee would be between R100- R200 for the single trip to Rosebank from Rangeview in the Westrand. Upon arrival I received a bill for more than R 400!! After requesting the driver to explain this gross overchargement, he answered that a trip to Sandton is R120, this makes no sense!!! Sandton is much farther yet I got billed 4x the quoted amount! I got taken advantage of because I needed to get back to Rosebank after my girlfriend was taken to hospital and I had to go pick up her car. I will be sure to never use their services again or refer them to anyone!
