At your Sandton Branch and quite often. I then called the Rosebank Mall branch, they said they're closing down and to call Rosebank Mews, nobody answers on that number either

Called your customer care hotline who confirmed the Sandton number and said he'd try as well

I held for a while and was cut off as well

Pathetic all round CLICKS, this is why I go to Dischem now
