ASSISTANCE - U HAVE GIVEN ME NO CHOICE 2 COMPLAIN

We Bought in2 a holiday package namely THC about 3y ago. The salesman LUCAS MULLER was such a nice man & he assured us that there will allways B some1 that will B assisting us in making our bookings & he stressed if we want 2 do an overseas trip, we should not hesitate 2 call him, thats his line CALL ME. He would B helpfull in any wich way. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL! Since we bought this holiday I have NEVER been able 2use it. (5) Times I have tried, when I find an establishment, Either they R booked out or they cant accom. my dates. I decided 2 give him another chance oh sorry another 8th chance, I want 2book a trip 2Thailand. No Problem he sends me some vouchers that I can use 4 our trip. YEH! - Nope, the vouchers cant B used according 2 the issuing comp. 4Thailand. 7 days ago He wrote me an sms & said that we can use our points 2 do so wich is fine cause I have NEVER been able 2 do so. But the thing is he NEVER phones u back EVER! He keeps sending me smses "phone you in a half an Hour" that NEVER happens. If EVER he approaches U- RUNNN. He is not true 2his word. &if U read this Lucas, u had it coming. 20 msgs 30 calls still no feedback? Come on be true 2 ur word & help me Please!
