AFTER SIGNING WITH THE HOLIDAY CLUB WE PAID OUR MEMBERSHIP IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING THE VENUE. NOW AFTER 2 YEARS WE TRY TO DO OUR FIRST BOOKING - WE ARE ASTOUNDED TO HEAR THERE IS NOW A FEE OUTSTANING (I - EXCHANGE) WE WERE NEVER ADVISED OF THIS BEFOREHAND AND SUNSEQUENTLY THE CONTRACT WE SIGNED AND HAVE A COPY OF WAS CHANGED AFTER WE LEFT BY THE HOLIDAY CLUB TO ALL OF SUDDEN INCLUDE THIS FEE - FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS TO BOTH LUCAS MULLER AND JUDY POUSSEN WE STILL GET ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!!! AND NO ONE IS SORTING THIS OUT!!! THIS SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND SCARY!!!
