Poor Customer Service & Misleading Sales Pitch

My husband and I were approached at Ushaka Marine World in 2012 and we sat through a misleading presentation by the sales rep for this travel package. We signed up in good faith, after which I called to make a group booking (something I was assured at the presentation I could do) only to be told that they do not do that, we must choose from properties (as in rooms and apartments sleeping no more than 4 generally). I sent a letter of complaint and was told bad luck you signed a contract. Today I phone to get a quotation and they say that my husband is the main member (even though we both signed all the papers) & despite the fact that 1) this is not a credit facility so no expenditure can be incurred and 2) they have all of MY details on file as well as my husband's, I must now get a letter from my husband to "allow" me to make bookings. This package has been a nightmare to use, they routinely collect their deduction off our account & I cant even get past a call centre agent to get a quote. Frankly I feel that this is a because when I phone the properties directly the price they quote me isn't very different to Leisure Life's pricelist. Very unhappy with service and product.
