Quality Vacation Club (qvc)
REJECTING CANCELLATION REQUEST

I have been trying from last year to cancel my contract with these people who call themselves QVC or VRS.
They refuse to cancel but continue to debit my account every month for - R1000 after explaining my personal and financial situation to them. I have even contacted the National Consumer Commission IN THE HOPE OF BEING ASSISTED IN THIS MATTER BUT SADLY THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH ANY FEEDBACK OR HELP. I filled in all the required documentation, copied all documents and attached it to complaint form which was couriered to them (incurring expense) HOWEVER NO ONE SAW FIT TO OBLIGE WITH A RESPONSE. I am now so fed up with complaining as the the people who are supposed to help are not helping. If someone is in a similar situation as me and know where in this country I can get help... I would really appreciate it.
