I find you in breach of contract as I am unable to book any accommodation through you YET AGAIN. This is the basis of the contract.
Despite numerous attempts to book accommodation even given maximum notification, we have found it impossible. Further to this, my wife has previously complained about your service on Facebook due to lack of service and has subsequently been blocked from further posting on your site, indicating your lack of interest in resolving our valid complaints and absolute lack of concern for proper customer service. You are happy to take our money but that's where your relationship with your clients ends, unless we stop paying you, then you make a point of harassing your clients it would seem.
In addition, your wilful disregard for good practice such as randomly changing your debit order runs indicates a lack of regard for correct business practices and is also in contravention of what we have given you permission to do.

We are yet to receive value for money from your organisation. Dealing with you is one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences of our lives, All this just to TRY and book a holiday. What were we thinking when we signed up with you.
