Avios Sounds Like a big

There web site is not well at all. I tried to register my new card on the web site but before I could finish it registered for me?? I tried to log in and was told I did not register. I tried to register again and was told I was already registered??? I then phoned there "Customer Care" the person on the other side started asking my ID my home address my postal address where I banked?? This is starting to sound like a to me? If you start something new do it right the first time??? This is so typical SA.
