For the past few months I'm struggling financially I canceled things that were not a must have like cellphone and I send an email to the holiday club requesting cancellation due to financial problem I was ignored until September 20th when my husband received a reference number (006NS Q) that the query turnaround time is 2 working days only today he received a letter saying he must pay 11 478.09 within 10 days for our cancellation to be accepted, I am not happy as I am the one who sends emails (no reply) as my bank account was debited every by them, they (Marlene) will only contact me for funds but I am ignored (all emails) I cancelled because I'm not financially stable my husband runs his own business and when we joined everything was good please somebody help me as I feel trapped by this (we have never used the points even though we were paying)
