Cancellation

August sometime my boyfriend and i "won" a holiday as they said, from the Holiday club. They then promoted the Holiday club time share and they said they can juggle the monthly premuim to suit us, we then agreed and signed, that the monthly installment will be R154 (for two years)
We then only received more docs after a month via post confirming that the installment will be R720.87 and we did not agree to that. We then sent an email to cancell the whole thing because we cant afford it. The guy, Sandile Mini made us sign quickly and he said we cannot take the docs home because "he wont have time to assist us when we come back, so its better for us to sign then, to avoid dissappointment". he assured us that its an investment. We called Lynette and she said it will be cancelled. Yesterday i received an email that the cancellation fee is R11 502.50 and should be settled within ten days and if not paid they assume we are still members of the Holiday club. They keep on saying we "entered into a legal agreement". If we do not pay the R11 520.50 or the R720.87 our assets will be attached and we will be listed. they are forcing us to give them money either way!!!
