Wrong time for bus departure

I purchased a ticket online ref: ADPU95 .On ticket departure time 17:45, I arrived at the station at 17:10 office was closed I waited for the bus, at 18:05 I phoned their call centre asking whether the bus has delayed they said bus departed at 17:00, they just apologised and sent me a new ref: MSV877 telling me to use the next day.
Next day at station I went to the office lady there said I will have to present the ref to the hostess as she is offline, When getting on bus hostess said I must go back to the office ask them to write a ticket for me, I refused and told her to go tell do that herself, she went and came back saying the lady at the office says they must phone their call centre to confirm ref, driver said he does not have airtime and the hostess used her phone, she said the ref is reserved but not paid for I should pay.
I refused to pay they said I must get off the bus, After a long argument explaining to them that it was their fault I phoned their callcentre operator said on the ref there are remarks explaining she said I must give hostess the phone. She explained to her, after so much humilliation and waste of my airtime she did not even come and apologise to me
