Bad Service and Empty promises

I booked a cattle trailer from Trailarent Montana on Monday 30/09/2013 for 04/10/2013 in advance. I also ask if I can collect the trailer on the Thursday and return it on the Saturday morning. They agreed and took my booking. Today 03/10/2013 I phoned and ask if I can collect my trailer and they said sorry it's been book by someone else. They just blame the customer, and said the customer which is me didn't' give the right date. It is poor client service and a business without a proper system. I ask clearly if it was book and they confirm it over the phone on Monday. I just want to warn the other customers that they need to get something on paper as this business word is worth nothing.
