FOR THE LOVE OF, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUST ASSIST ME???

I have received my refund, yet I am still an active member, even though I requested cancellation in July 2013. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH FLEXICLUB OR ANY OF THEIR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES AT ALL!!!

I am really getting fed up and extremely angry at the way business is conducted, that I need to inform two different divisions of cancellation, because they don't liaise with one another. No one gets back to me regarding confirmation of cancellation, yet I have a refund of my original amount submitted already.

This is turning into a nightmare, and I really don't need this type of stress in my life to add to my existing health problems.

PLEASE RESPOND!!!

I have sent emails since July, and I'm not getting the response I require.
