Very Bad first Impression

An elderly couple boarded a bus to travel to Newcastle. They were told they will find their bus in Heidelberg. Arrived in Heidelberg they were told the bus to Newcastle was full and has already left. I called the bus company but unfortunately no one could help all people could say was I am sorry for the inconvinience. It is 11:00 when I am writing this complain and the elderly are still in Heidelberg. You ask me if I will ever try use this bus services. Not at all.
