2 hours to respond to sos call

My daughters car broke down today I phoned at 08h15 to report that I needed assistance. At 09h54 the tow truck eventually arrived. i made numerous calls spoke to many people we got one call back and one message left which unfortunately my daughter didnt hear because of the noise from the traffic while she was stuck on the side of the road. when I phone to tell them we had one miss call and we had been waiting for over an hour for assistance the lady got very aggressive with me but up till them she hadnt even arranged a tow truck. she said she had left numerous messages which is a she left one. it took them nearly 2 hours to assist!!!

I took out this insurance so that I would have peace of mind if my daughter broke down and she would be assisted staight away. What a joke, totally incomptent people. I could have phonde a tow truck and they would have been there within 15 minutes. A girl stuck alone on the side of the road in SA is not a joke.
