Payments of R10, 856.44 was made to flexi holiday club. They never processed it. The querie was logged in october 2011. Only now, after blood & tears did they admitted to the payments (proof was proveded SEVERL times). now, they do not allocate all the payments and demand final settlement that include these paments and interest and penalties. the issue could have been resolved Desember 2011, did they do their work. Now we need to pay penalties due to their incompetence. Also, they do not provide any answers. They are like the mafia - threaten to have people arrested until they get their way. This is out of hand!
