I have been a member of the holiday access and have been paying my monthly premiums since 2010. Last year in 2012 I tried to book a holiday for my family and was told I called in late in the year so I should call in the following year. This month of September 2013 I tried once more to call and make a booking again am told the same thing. I feel ripped off as I have been paying and cannot use my points. Please assist me.
