I made a booking on [URL Removed] with my details Jacques Van Jaarsveld and paid for 4 passengers, Myself, My Wife and Two Kids in the amount of R2642 to travel from Durban to cape town on 23 October 2013. I have since been offered a permanent position in Durban and will be moving from Cape Town on 1 October 2013 back to durban. I contacted Kulula and wanted a refund. I was advised its not possible even with the time notice. I then asked for a voucher as i use this airline often when flying from Durban to Ct in the past for the argus cycle race. I was told this is also not possible. When asking if i could sell i was advised no as well. What options have i got as a consumer as i dont see this being acceptable. I am informing the airline in advance and merely request an option for me to make use of what i paid for. I need some advice. Cant i contact an aviation ombud?
