Cab driver 05-09-2013 22h00 for Cab 021

I'm still mortified and still fearful of the muslim driver that was allocated to us last night to pick up from Gardens to Claremont. Never in my life have I experienced such, unprofessional and rude behaviour! The cab driver was rude and insisted on pumping up loud music all the way, never mind the dangerous driving we were subjected to. When we tried to complain he became rude, raised his voice and the driving became worse. His attitude was negative from the beginning, when he realized that our coloured friend was not boarding the taxi, he spent time outside texting before getting behind the wheel and texting. When he dropped us off he was still screaming! Is he mentally sound? Is this acceptable? Is this how we Black customers are to be treated by your company? Even now I'm terrified that when this individual is addressed or should I say if he is addressed he might assault us or worse bomb our residence as he dropped us off!!
