Exorbitant parking fees

I have recently noticed that paid airport parking at OR Tambo has been raised to a minimum of 2 hours costing R30 from 1 hour which was costing R20. What this has done is compel the users to pay for 2 hours even if they are there for less than 1 hour. There is no 2 hour minimum in any of the parking places in the major metropolitan areas of SA. This in effect discriminates against against short term users and is grossly unfair as users do not have a choice but to pay this exorbitant amount.
After all an airport is a place primarily for dropping and picking passengers (not entirely requiring 2 hours) and as this would form a substantial part of the user base ACSA has created a revenue boon for themselves.
ACSA please do not gouge the public! You know they have no choice but to pay you. While you are profit-centric please be fair and roll back your senseless ploicy
