I am really very disappointed in the way consultants are conducting business. A week ago a club leisure consultant, Mariam called me to offer me a promotional offer holiday. I chose Dbn spa and requested an 8sl. Mariam told me that they had only 6sl units and will try for an 8sl. She called me the next morn to say that she has only 6sl so I agreed to take it. Soon after a consultant by the name of Elizabeth called to say no 6sl available so I asked for a refund to which she immediately said that it was a 6sl & told her to book it. When I received the guest cert it was made for The Palace which I didn't ask for. Today Mariam told me that she managed to get me an 8sl at dbn spa so asked her to book. Few mins later Elizabeth calls to say it wasn't available. For the past week every time Mariam offers me something elizabeth calls back to say its not available. The best they can do is apologise and tell me they will arrange for a refund. I didnt call them in the first place. Mariam called me with the promotional offer then they go back on their word. What kind of a deceitful manner is this to do business and draw clients? THIS IS JUST SO DISGUSTING!!! Nasreen Moosa. 0837860009
