On JUly 27 which was a saturday my mom booked a bus from Midrand to Kokstad. On her arrival in midrand there are no signs as to where you geet a bus going where. So the old lady say there with my cousing Nontlahla whom she was supposed to board with. Apparently the bus came and left rhem there because they were standing on thewrong side. She callesd the call centre and Zanele if am not mistaken responded. She told my mom the bus has already even left jhb she must go back to the same area Midrand tomoro they will taake her

So on the 28th which was sunday she asked around where you wait for the bbus.the bus drier refused to take her sayinf she should have changed her ticket so now we had to drive her down to jhb Parkstation. Upon arrival ehh she had to pay a cerain amount. What makes me mad is my family could have slept outside.

1. Why didnt the call centre assistant advice my mom to go and change the ticket
2. She asked my mom why did she book from Midrand if she doesnt know Midrand? Do you only cater for people who are well acquinted with the place
3. Why didnt she advicee her a fee will be charged
