Quality Vaction Club (QVC) sells more points than it can service it's clients. Every year I pay my management fees in Nov/Dec for the new year. In Dec 12 i did not receive a statement requesting the management fees for 2013. On 04/01/2013 i paid in R5000 toward my fees & when I returned to work on 07/01/2013 i sent an email to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] Michel from the collections department informed me that she was unable to assit & that i should speak to QVC about the collection fees. i sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] on 07/01/2013 & to date have not received a response however they are charging more collection fees whilst i wait for a reponse for 3 weeks.
The call centre agent Ruan Voges has taken my call, however can only respond after 4pm - a manager refuses to take my call. It is the first company that I have dealt with that is so inefficient & this includes booking.
As stated previously I am waiting to deposit the balance of the management fees however I do not consider it being fair charged a collection fee when I am doing the run around to obtain statements & responses. What type of COLLECTION is it??
