Incorrect debits

Hi. I am studying Supply chain Management course with Intec. All my fees are made through debit order. But for my exam fees, I DEPOSITED R1350.00 at FNB branch and faxed a deposit slip to Intec as proof. On the 30th September i received a statement showing three amounts of R450 as unpaid. I sent an email immeadiately quiring that. No one has ever contacted me about.. On the 13.11.2013 i got another email to say that my account is in arrears with an amount of R1699 and that i will be listed ON ALL MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS and collection through legal process may follow. I then sent a request to them asking for copy of a Detailed Statement from when i register up to date. The document was sent to me and it shows three amounts of R450 as Exam fee and one payment of R180 that are Overdue. What happened to my R1350 that i deposited on 05.09.2013 for my exam fees?? Something is not right with Intec billing department. I need answers.
