We have joived QVC in 2005, and and booked twice with them, The accommodation offered in those two occasions were not mainted properlyand we were not happy with what we got. we also can't afford the management fee that we keep on paying while not using the services. So we decided to cancel the whole thing, we talked to the worman named Candyce who wants private and personal documents like payslips and exlife for wanting to terminate my relationship with QVC. On the one hand you have a policy position that allows member to sell their points without any explanation.

I just do not think this relationship is working for and think I could do better managing and planning my vacation/holiday, period.

I do not think I owe QVC that much explaining. This cannot be LIFETIME contract.
