Illegally Parking Destroyin our water Mete

Yesterday at 11.05 a female driver of the Golden Arrow Bus Services just pulled up on our property and parked the bus. we then asked her to remove the bus and she rudely ignored us, cos the bus wasnt standing in the road, It was lon the property infront of the house. When the colleague got in she then reversed out, and with the way she roughly reversed driving over our water meter and bursting the pipe. She never got out and I yelled at her to stop. This woman never got out, apologised, or offered any kind of assistance and almost jammed her bus into my neighbour as she as too busy doing her own thing and not checking what she was doing, The co-worker then got out and said they have to leave an they can do nothing AND THEY JUST DROVE OFF. We have been without water since yesterday, waiting on waterworks. tHIS IS DAMM UNACCEPTABLE COS WE NOW SIT WITH A WATER BILL THATS IS SKY HIGH, A BROKEN METER AND WITHOUT WATER, AND... THE CO-WORKER IS NOW THREATENING US, AS SOMEONE THREW THE BUS WITH A STONE AND IT WASNT ONE OF US AS WE WERE TRYIN TO STOP THE WATER, BUT TO COVER HIS OWN HE IS NOW BLAMING US.
